Paige Anderson,
working artist
Hey, I’m Paige Anderson, a working artist based in Olympia, WA. Tattooing is my main medium—and probably the love of my life. I specialize in dainty, folk-art inspired botanical tattoos that blend my deep adoration for the natural world with my background in environmental studies and textile arts.
I hold a Master’s in Environmental Studies and a BA in Multidisciplinary Studies, with a focus on landscape ecology and community outreach. I’ve been a working artist since 2017, balancing my art practice with my work in ecology. This dual path made the transition into tattooing in 2023 feel pretty seamless (pun intended)—both interests have always shared a focus on precision, contemporary design, and connection to the natural world.

The best tattoos, for me, come from collaboration. Whether it’s your first piece or a new addition to your collection, I work closely with clients to ensure each design is meaningful, personal, and perfectly suited to your body. Even my flash designs come from the heart—and my mind, which is always wandering through the intersection of political ecology, feminism, and the role of women's work in culture… but let’s save that convo for the tattoo table. My goal is to make the whole process relaxed, affirming, and, of course, creative.

When I’m not tattooing, I’m diving into other creative outlets—drawing, quilting, hand-dyeing, home DIY (I’m obsessed with painting), and always pushing my craft forward. My aim is to create art that reflects both our outer world and inner landscapes, woven together.
